"I cos-play Lara Croft because she's inspired me for years. First it was the games, I loved them besides the first TR movie, it made me want to be her as close as possible. Once I believed I had mastered the accent, I made my first costume for Halloween it was the best party I remembered. Years later in my first convention I attended as Lara, my first was just for a day, it was fun but I wished I could book off more time to attend the whole convention weekend... The second I was determined to dressed (in three different Lara outfits) up for all three days to which I had the most fun I ever had meeting fellow fans and friends. I then got "hooked" to make my cos-playing better as possible!"

"Lara Croft is the idealised version of a woman on many levels. She is sexy, intelligent, tough, athletic, cultured, well travelled and has this kind of mysterious charm that works though. I can't see any real woman matching up - but that’s the reason why she became very fast my idol and my hero.
I love to dress up as her, because wearing her clothes gives me the feeling, to be as strong and independent as she is - at least a little bit.
Although it may sounds absurd, but besides the fun, this really helps me to improve my lack of self-confidence."

"At the age of 10 i began playing tombraider 1. I was hooked, because all the games i played in the past, were with guys in the lead role... Not only was she beautiful in my eyes, she didnt give a ****, and did what she thought was fit. The character actually made me see, you dont have to be a guy to kick ass, or a girl to be pretty.
Then a few years after that, i already owned tr 1, 2 and 3, i just typed in Lara Croft in google, and discovered a whole new world of other women (and guys!) showing love to Lara!! Again, i was hooked...

I cosplay lara cause Im a total attention-whore and love the geeky stares from the boys. The reason I love doing lara action photos is because Im always curious to see what a real life lara would look like doing some of the activities I love doing most, like martial arts, motor sports, climbing, and jumping off high objects (shhh!)
